The hotel was well located for our city trip, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the staff was friendly upon arrival.
the bathroom had some maintenance issues, such as a faulty shower and moldy tiles. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negative aspects outweighed them for us.

The hotel is in a central location and was easy to find. It has a choice of restaraunt or cafe.
The parking spaces are very limited and with poor access. The rooms are clean but would benefit from a makeover, not very welcoming.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, decent breakfast Likes: the location was perfect for our city break, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. the beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a definite plus after a long day of exploring. the breakfast was decent, with lots of options to choose from.
The hotel was not up to our expectations. the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities, such as a minibar fridge.

This hotel is very well situated in Vielsalm, which is a very pleasant small town. It (the hotel) was not very busy when we stayed there but it seemed to have good facilities both for families and for non-family travellers. There is an excellent restaurant serving both Italian and local food on its ground floor.
The free on-site parking can only take five cars. Whilst there is lots of free on-street parking near the hotel, spaces might be difficult to find at the height of the tourist season.

The Hotel was an excellent location for the Spa F1 circuit. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean. The room had a nice balcony and the town and surrounding countryside were very pretty and quiet.
The only thing was that the hotel in general smelt of cigarette smoke.

Courteous staff who supported us very generously during our stay and who accomodated last-minute changes to our plans; wonderful and clean room; central location for our activities in the Ardennes (historical sightseeing and outdoor activities); no problems for our dog staying with us. Very well kept hotel, clean and efficient with modern room. Great and reasonable pizzas and pasta in hotel restaurant, wonderful service.
Irregular breakfast service - depended on staff at work - some had everything set up, others did not - but not a major inconvenience. Parking could be a problem (wasn't for us as it was off-season) - only 5 spots in front of hotel.

Located in the heart of a charming town with a variety of activities, this hotel is comfortable and well-decorated. Guests can enjoy walking around the surrounding hills and indulging in delicious pastries from a nearby bakery. Rooms are cozy with fantastic amenities, and the extensive buffet breakfast is delicious.
The hotel lacks multilingual staff, which can pose difficulties for non-French speaking guests.
